 The dorm is built in 2008 by the Josephine Schneider fund and it is situated in Copenhagen’s Northwest quarter.
 


About the dorm
The dorm has 25 rooms distributed on 4 floors. All rooms have their own bathroom and the rooms on the 3 lowest floors have their own small balcony. The rooms on the third floor do not have a balcony, but they are situated on the same floor as the roof terraces.
 
There is a common room/kitchen on the ground floor and on the 2nd floor, which serves as a place that contributes to the creation of a good community and social environment.
 
The dorm is built on the basic view, that trust, loyalty, respect and responsibility are important factors for keeping a good atmosphere, and it is therefore the aim, that all tenants agree on this, and are ready to contribute to the dorm’s social spirit.
 
There are 19 rooms of 46,2 m2 for rent and 2 handicap friendly rooms of 49,6 m2. The remaining 4 rooms will be given to former residents at the children’s home, who are about to start or are already enrolled on an education.
 
The dorm is situated in a quiet neighbourhood close to green areas.
 
Distance and transport
From the dorm there is:
- approximately 15 minutes by bike to CopenhagenBusinessSchool
- approximately 10 minutes by bike to Universitetsparken and Panum Instituttet on Blegdamsvej, where you find The Pharmaceutical Faculty, Faculty of Science and Faculty of Health Sciences and CVU Øresund.
- approximately 10 minutes walk to Emdrup and Bispebjerg Stations
- barely 6 km to Kgs. Nytorv
